Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss of the branches in your designated location. This role is on a Profit-sharing basis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the financial performance of the branches - Implementing strategies to improve profitability - Monitoring expenses and revenue generation - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations - Collaborating with the senior management team to develop financial goals and objectives Qualifications required: - Previous experience as a banker or Corporate DSA employee - Strong financial acumen and analytical skills - Ability to make strategic decisions to enhance profitability - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Please note that only candidates with previous banking or Corporate DSA experience will be considered for this role.,
