Job Description

Location - Chennai

Exp - 10 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

Perform stress analysis of offshore piping systems including topsides, jackets, and modules.
Ensure compliance with ASME, DNV, API, and client/project standards.
Evaluate and recommend supports, guides, anchors, and expansion joints.
Prepare and review stress calculation reports, flexibility studies, and support load summaries.
Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, and piping layouts for stress and flexibility compliance.
Collaborate with process, mechanical, structural, and project teams to ensure integrated design.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and QA/QC teams for approvals and compliance.
Perform fatigue, vibration, and in-service stress evaluations for critical piping systems.
Utilize software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in pipe stress analysis.
