Piping Draftsman

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a Similar field
• 2–4 years of drafting experience in piping, preferably within Offshore, Marine, or Oil & Gas sectors
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Plant 3D
• Knowledge of Cadmatic is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of mechanical and piping systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed schematics and drawings for piping systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, Plant 3D)
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs align with project specifications and safety standards
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback or site changes
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify existing conditions
• Calculate dimensions, pressure ratings, and flow rates for piping layouts
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
