Description

We are seeking an experienced Piping Designer to join our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in piping design and a strong background in engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed piping design layouts and specifications for various projects.
• Prepare piping isometric drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct field surveys and site inspections to gather necessary information for design.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase as needed.
• Ensure all designs meet safety and environmental regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar).
• Strong understanding of piping design standards and codes (ASME, ANSI, etc.).
• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., PDMS, SmartPlant 3D).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
