Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for piping routing for various piping systems essential for power boilers (supercritical). This includes understanding P&ID, interacting with process engineers for process data, clash check/review using SPR, generating clash check reports, providing input to stress analysis team, modeling supports as per stress analysis output, extracting isometrics, and manually updating isometrics using AutoCAD/2D MicroStation. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing BOQ, releasing isometrics with Material Request, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Have a sound knowledge of SP3D piping modeling - Capable of working with AutoCAD/2D MicroStation - Experience in routing pipes for Power Plant Application is considered an added advantage - Knowledge of codes and standards for the industry - Review and check designs, drawings, and data by other disciplines or suppliers - Review and prepare material take-off estimates - Basic knowledge of stress analysis requirement and hanger/support - Review Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) for supercritical power boilers - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word - Basic knowledge in power plant supercritical boiler Qualifications Required: - Sound knowledge of SP3D piping modeling - Proficiency in AutoCAD/2D MicroStation - Experience in routing pipes for Power Plant Application (added advantage) - Familiarity with codes and standards for the industry - Basic knowledge of stress analysis requirements and hanger/support - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word - Understanding of power plant supercritical boilers Role Overview: You will be responsible for piping routing for various piping systems essential for power boilers (supercritical).
