Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Foreman

As a Commissioning & Maintenance Instrumentation and Control Foreman at Saipem, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the safe and efficient execution of pipeline pre-commissioning activities for offshore projects worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Operational Oversight:** Coordinate all pre-commissioning operations, such as pipeline cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, and nitrogen purging, ensuring compliance with project procedures. - **Team Leadership:** Manage and direct a team of technicians, operators, and helpers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safe work practices. - **Compliance:** Ensure all activities meet company specifications, industry standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations. - **Equipment Management:** Oversee the selection, inspection, and operation of pre-commissioning equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. - **Coordination:** Collaborate with project engineers and third-party contractors to align on project objectives and technical requirements. - **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all pre-commissioning activities, including test results and equipment logs, ensuring traceability and adherence to operational procedures. - **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks during operations and implement mitigation measures to ensure safety and project success. - **Reporting:** Provide regular updates to the Pre-Commissioning Supervisor/Engineer on progress, challenges, and resource requirements, escalating issues as needed.
