PIPELINE INSULATION WORKER

Location: Refinery / Pipeline Project Site

Employment Type: Contract / Project-based

Job Summary:

Install thermal and acoustic insulation materials on pipelines, vessels, and equipment to meet project specifications and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Measure, cut, and install insulation material on piping systems and equipment.

· Apply protective jacketing or cladding to insulation where required.

· Ensure insulation installation complies with project drawings and specifications.

· Work with QA/QC inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Maintain tools, materials, and PPE in good condition.

· Follow all site safety rules and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent; Trade certification in insulation work preferred.

· Minimum 1–2 years experience in pipeline insulation on industrial/refinery projects.

· Understanding of insulation materials and installation procedures.

Skills & Attributes:

· Ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.

· Good physical strength and hand-eye coordination.
