PIPE SALES EXECUTIVE

As a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive at Comet Polypast Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in generating sales and expanding distributor networks in Rajasthan. Your responsibilities will include: - Market Development: Drive activities to expand retail and channel sales presence. - Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Prepare competitor analysis reports. - Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and manage customers to drive sales and revenue growth. - Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities to generate fresh leads and expand the customer base. - Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to implement new strategies and refine current approaches. - Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales targets by monitoring performance and adapting strategies. - Client Relations & Retention: Maintain strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive customer retention through regular follow-ups. - Daily Sales Visits & Reporting: Plan and execute daily sales visits, and ensure regular reporting of sales activities. - Promotional Activities: Actively participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales visits and activities in CRM software. - Evaluation Criteria: Feedback from customers, vendors, and achievement of sales targets are regularly reviewed to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
