You are revolutionizing the pipes and fittings industry with cutting-edge innovation and top-notch production systems at COMET POLYPAST PVT.LTD. Your production method ensures timely delivery of high-quality products. You hold a B.B.A. / B.COM degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pipe & fittings. You are adept at market strategy development, market analysis, and possess confidence, dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, and active listening skills. Your excellent communication and negotiation abilities coupled with being a team player make you a valuable asset. You are a quick learner, achievement-oriented, passionate, and result-driven. Your skills include competitor analysis & reporting, daily reporting (live location & selfie), and knowledge of local languages in the market area. As a dynamic and results-driven sales executive, you will join the team in Rajasthan. Your responsibilities include generating sales, expanding distributor networks, and promoting Comet's range of pipe & fitting products across various sectors. You are expected to conduct 10 regular meetings with dealers and distributors, outline details of new distributors/dealers in the CRM software, and work from morning 9:00 AM to evening 8:00 PM. You will drive market development activities, conduct market & competitor analysis, and contribute to sales & revenue growth. Lead generation, market research, and achieving sales targets are crucial aspects of your role. Maintaining strong client relationships, daily sales visits & reporting, participation in promotional activities, and CRM management are key responsibilities. Your performance is evaluated based on feedback from customers, vendors, and the achievement of sales targets.
