managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) by acquiring new clients, growing existing ones, and serving as the primary point of contact for their banking and investment needs

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, acting as the face of the bank to this premium segment.
  • Business Development:

    Acquire new HNI customers through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Sales and Strategy:

    Generate new business to meet and exceed defined sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Financial Needs Analysis:

    Understand and meet the financial, banking, investment, and business needs of clients.
  • Internal Collaboration:

    Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Service Excellence:

    Provide personalized and exceptional service to ensure high-value clients have their needs met and exceeded.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to all bank policies and procedures, including those related to anti-money laundering.
