Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Pilot Plant Incharge at Arochema Ingredients Pvt Ltd located in Naidupet, Tirupati Dist. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pilot plant, coordinating with team members, ensuring product development through quality control, and managing shift schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the pilot plant - Coordinate effectively with team members - Ensure product development through stringent quality control processes - Manage and create shift schedules for efficient plant operations Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in plant operations and management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of quality control processes - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the chemical industry is a must - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; relevant experience with a scientific background is also acceptable.,
