Piling Engineer

As a Piling Engineer at L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions in Vadodara, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Prepare construction method statements, work methods, and obtain approval for Piling works. - Conduct trials/mock-ups to ensure the effectiveness of the methods. - Execute work according to the approved method statements and work methods. - Prepare a schedule of materials and plant requirements, including an L3 schedule for Piling Works derived from L2, and ensure work execution as per the L3 schedule. - Ensure all activities are conducted to meet the cycle time requirements. - Provide front-line supervision to working labor, ensuring strict adherence to methods, quality, and safety standards. - Guide operators and workers in carrying out their tasks effectively. - Coordinate with Region/HQ to arrange necessary materials and resources on time. - Synchronize activities across all departments to achieve planned cycle times and overall schedule. - Provide necessary information to customers regarding project control and progress monitoring as per contract requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE). - Bachelor's Program in Civil Engineering.
