Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Absence Management and/or Time Tracking modules in at least 1 project. 2+year experience in end-to-end implementation of Absence Management and Time Tracking module for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in supporting customer in their annual maintenance model. Proficiency in Core HCM and advanced reporting in WD Absence Desirable to have experience on WD UK or US and Canada Payroll. Strong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system design.
