Tracking id says it’s lying with them from last 8 days
No help from indus valley as well !!

Customer support number and email on their website comes handy when you face any issues. Calling them solved the issue. Prompt reply from them with follow up calls till your delivery.

We have give the best service but payment are pending still I have been raised from 3 month back .. still the employe of Pico .. #chandru #mahadeva this people as been cheating delivery boys .. worst people..

It is one of the worst logistics support provider. My order is there with them from past 3 days. On website they updated status as delivery attempted but failed however they didn't even called me to deliver nor they visited the premises

Some of the worst logistics ever. They dont deliver products instead at the end of the day, they mark it as unable to reach the customer and make us fault out of when they didnt even contact us or any. Please for the love for god, never approach this people and use this service.

Pathetic service. My item was supposed to be delivered today as the tracking update showed at 12 pm. Its night 12 and it still shows out for delivery. No one called no one came

Pathetic service. A package sent from Chennai on 20th was delivered 24th evening at Coimbatore, when most courier companies deliver the next day. Edible items had gone bad. Pathetic
