Provably the worst delivery partner who is consistent with delays everytime. Unfortunately brand such as Jockey ship their products with such poor delivery partner damaging their brand reputation. Pico xpress is a case study of how to not run a business.

More than 10 days, since product reached your delivery hub...what the hell , you are running courier service..no notifications from your side ..I never seen such a worst worst courier service in my life ..

Very worst service, like everyone updated same worst behavior for me as well. Daily getting out for delivery message but end of day it will get updated like consignee not available but actually they have never came to my place or called me.

I want to give 0 rating. Worst service. No calls tills now my order should deliver on 28th October 2024 but still I didn't get my product till now no one contacted me but they are changing the status delivery failed worst service.
