My package was not delivered, I directly go to their place and collected it. Lack of man power. Their service is also available in thuraipakkam.

Not even tried to reach through phone hence the status marked as customer not available fake reasons has been posted. Such a pathetic delivery partner. such a awful delivery centre one could ever see. They can even shut down the business so that the customers don't want to seek any inconvenience.
