Our warehouse operations are pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Job Summary: We are seeking diligent and efficient individuals to join our warehouse team as Picker/Packers. The role involves selecting and packing items accurately for customer orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. Scan and label packages correctly before dispatch. Assist in unloading incoming shipments and verifying contents. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor. Qualifications: Minimum education: 10th pass certificate. Basic reading and writing skills in English. Age: 18 years and above. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items. Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory. Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹17000, depending on location and experience.
