Job Description: Picker and Packer Location: Mumbai , Bangalore, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This is a physically demanding role that is essential to our company's success. Key Responsibilities Picking: Accurately locate and pick products from warehouse shelves based on digital pick lists or order sheets. Use handheld scanners (RF scanners) to track inventory and confirm picks. Meet or exceed established targets for picking speed and accuracy. Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to a supervisor. Packing: Carefully pack products into appropriate boxes or mailers, ensuring items are secure and protected for transit. Select the correct packaging materials to minimize waste and shipping costs. Weigh packages, apply shipping labels, and prepare them for carrier pickup. Ensure each order is complete and matches the packing slip before sealing. General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided if necessary). Assist with receiving new stock and putting it away in the correct locations.
