Job Title Picker & Packer – FMCG eCommerce Warehouse Job Location Warehouse / Fulfillment Center Job Type Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based Job Summary We are looking for a Picker & Packer to support our FMCG eCommerce operations. The role involves accurately picking products from inventory, packing orders as per platform guidelines, and preparing shipments for timely dispatch to customers on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. Key Responsibilities Pick FMCG products as per order lists (FIFO/FEFO method) Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and invoice attachment Check product quality, expiry dates, and quantity before packing Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packing area Follow platform-specific packing and dispatch SOPs Coordinate with warehouse supervisor for daily targets Assist in inventory counting and stock arrangement when required Skills & Requirements Basic reading and counting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environment Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle cartons Prior FMCG / eCommerce warehouse experience preferred (not mandatory) Education Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass Working Hours 8–10 hours per shift Rotational shifts (Day/Night as per operations) Salary & Benefits Competitive salary Overtime as per company policy PF / ESI (if applicable) Incentives based on performance Who Can Apply Freshers & experienced candidates Immediate joiners preferred
