Position: Picker cum Loader

Location: [e.g. Gurugram Warehouse - Caterpuri Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi 110061] Department: Warehouse Operations Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Purpose: To ensure accurate picking, loading, and movement of goods within the warehouse while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items as per order sheets or system-generated lists.
• Ensure accuracy in quantity and product type while picking.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles manually or using basic equipment.
• Assist in stacking, organizing, and labeling stock within the warehouse.
• Need a picker/Packer with basic knowledge of computers
• Proper inward/outward of material
• Perform basic checks for packaging damage or quality concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors for daily dispatch targets.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Support inventory audits and stock rotation as directed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights
• Basic understanding of handling materials and labels
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Hindi communication required; basic English skills are an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
