Picker Cum Refiller

We are hiring a dependable Picker cum Refiller to manage both warehouse operations and vending machine refilling for JustVend. This dual-role position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility to switch between warehouse duties and field refilling tasks as per operational needs. --- Work Schedule Refilling Duty: Night shift (12:00 AM – 10:00 AM). Warehouse Duty: Afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Candidate must be flexible to switch shifts both day and night shift as per requirement. Key Responsibilities : This role will have both day shift and night shift as per the requirement of the route Warehouse Operations (Picking & Stock Handling) Pick and pack products accurately from the warehouse as per daily refilling schedules. Ensure correct product handling, labeling, and stacking. Maintain stock records and assist in regular inventory checks. Support in loading/unloading stock and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method to manage stock rotation. Vending Machine Refilling (Field Operations) Travel on assigned routes to refill vending machines according to the plan. Ensure machines are fully stocked and organized. Check stock usage, record refilled quantities, and return unused items. Report any technical issues, shortages, or irregularities with machines. Maintain accurate logs of daily refilling activities. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations, delivery, or inventory management preferred (but not mandatory). Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes safely. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. Basic knowledge of record-keeping (manual or digital). Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with night shifts.
