Senior Physiotherapist (MPT)

What You'll Do

Clinical Excellence

Conduct detailed assessments using digital tools and software
Design and execute personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy, posture correction, ergonomic advice, and more
Guide patients with clarity, education, and empathynever pressure

Tech-Enabled Practice

Use our proprietary software for assessment, documentation, and progress tracking
Monitor recovery outcomes using software tools and analytics
Work in a paperless, streamlined, zero-admin environment

Leadership & Mentoring

Lead by example in patient care, ethics, and communication
Mentor junior physiotherapists and support team development
Contribute to building SOPs and standardizing protocols

Optional (But Awesome)

Be part of public awareness initiatives, workshops, content creation, or social media campaigns
If youre also a writer, designer, educator, or speakerwe want your voice in our movement

What You’ll Need

MPT
in Ortho / Neuro / Sports or Women’s Health
Strong command of manual therapy (dry needling, taping, mobilization, etc.)
Comfortable with
ergonomics, posture assessments, and WMSD prevention
Registered and licensed to practice in India
Passion for lifelong learning, teaching, and team collaboration
