Senior Physiotherapist (8–15 Years Experience)

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹1,00,000 (Based on experience & expertise)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist with 8–15 years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Neuro or Orthopaedics, be capable of supervising and training a team, and ensure high-quality patient care using standardized treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and plan advanced rehabilitation protocols.
• Supervise, mentor and manage a team of physiotherapists and support staff.
• Develop, update and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and training modules.
• Handle complex clinical cases independently while ensuring best patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, maintain clinical records and prepare reports when needed.
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Neuro or Ortho specialization mandatory).
• 8–15 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Candidates must be from Kerala; Malayalam fluency is mandatory.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in treatment planning, execution, and training initiatives.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹45,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
