Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and concept-based physics sessions (offline/online). Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring. Design assignments, mock tests, and question banks. Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement. Support curriculum development and contribute to content creation. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance learning effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes. Motivate and mentor students to achieve academic success. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field. Strong subject knowledge of Class 9 to 12 Physics (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching/mentoring experience is preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital teaching tools (Zoom, PPTs, whiteboards). Ability to connect with students and create an engaging learning environment.
