Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth efforts. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads and business opportunities across sectors (BFSI, ecommerce, startups, etc.). Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. Set up meetings and product demos for senior business development and sales teams. Maintain and update the lead database and CRM system. Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-ups with prospects. Understand NNIIT’s product offerings and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or BFSI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of fintech or financial services is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
