echnical and Costing Proposals:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Requests for Quotation from the sales team.• Perform necessary technical calculations to provide appropriate soluons for industrial gearboxes, especially helical and bevel-helical types.• Create detailed and accurate price and technical offers for gearboxes, spares, and accessories.• Handle a high volume of offers under pressure while adhering to established company processes.Customer and Internal Collaboration:• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical clarifications.• Collaborate with internal teams, including Purchase, Production, Testing, and Logistics, to ensure proposals are feasible and accurate.• Address technical queries and provide support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the enre order lifecycle.Post-Order Support:• Prepare layout drawings and other technical documentaon as required once an order is confirmed.• Clarify any doubts related to the order for internal departments and the customer.
