Job Title: Document Controller

Experience: 2-3Years

Job Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30Days

Interview Date: 1st November 2025

Interview Timings: 10.00AM to 4.00PM

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Documentation Controller

• Knowledge of ADNOC and Aramco requirements.

• Document Control Systems: Experience with EDMS, ERP, or client portals

(e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, SAP, Smart Plant).

• Document Management: Document numbering, version control, transmittals,

and workflow management.

• Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with valve industry codes and standards

(ASME, API, ISO, PED, etc.).

• Quality Documentation: Handling inspection reports, calibration certificates,

ITPs, material test certificates (MTCs).

• Project Documentation: Preparation of Vendor Document Requirement List

(VDRL) deliverables, MRB (Manufacturing Record Book), and data dossiers

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or Production

Engineering.

• Knowledge of engineering standards and Shell and TOTAL valve and actuator

documentation requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
