Role:

Physical Education Teacher (PET)

Role Definition:

Responsible for delivering sports and physical education programs as per the CBSE curriculum, with skills in physical training, coaching, and sports event management to ensure holistic development, discipline, teamwork, and overall fitness among students.

Qualification Requirement (CBSE/NCTE-aligned):

• B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed/NCC or equivalent recognized degree in Physical Education.
• Knowledge of sports pedagogy, fitness training, and CBSE physical education requirements.

Task & Activities:

• Conduct physical training classes, warm-up routines, fitness activities, and structured sports sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE Physical Education standards.
• Coach students in various indoor and outdoor sports.
• Identify talent and prepare teams for inter-school competitions.
• Plan and organize Sports Day, drills, matches, and athletic events.
• Maintain sports equipment, grounds, and safety protocols.
• Teach health education, rules of games, and sportsmanship.
• Record student performance, fitness levels, and participation data.
• Upgrade coaching abilities by attending sports training certifications and CBSE physical education skill-development programs
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure interdisciplinary learning.
• Participate in curriculum planning,Sports day planning, meetings,events and professional development programs.
• Uphold school policies, CBSE norms, and ethical teaching standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
