Job Summary:

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) Specialist

Experience : 3 to 5 years of post-specialization experience in PMR

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients with physical disabilities due to injury, illness, or chronic conditions.
Develop individualized rehabilitation programs focused on improving physical function.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.
Oversee non-surgical treatment plans including physical therapy, medications, and assistive devices.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care.
Ensure compliance with ethical medical practices and internal policies.
Document patient history, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately.
