We are hiring on behalf of our client for a remote PHP Laravel Backend Developer position. This opportunity is ideal for candidates based in India who can align their work schedule with US Central Time (CST) business hours.

Probation Period: 3 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using LaravelWrite clean, reusable, and testable PHP codeOptimize application security, performance, and database queriesIntegrate APIs and collaborate with front-end developersParticipate in agile ceremonies and follow code review standardsRequirements:25 years of hands-on PHP development experience (Laravel mandatory)Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIsExperience with MySQL/PostgreSQLFamiliarity with Git version controlStrong debugging and analytical skillsBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)Working Schedule & Policies
Work Hours:Monday to Friday, aligned with US Central Time (CST) business hoursIndian candidates will work evening shifts to ensure time zone overlap
Breaks:Short scheduled breaks will be provided during the shift for rest and refreshmentLeave Policy:Leaves must be planned and communicated at least 7 days in advanceUninformed or last-minute absences may result in salary deductionsRegular attendance and communication are expected for continued engagement
