Job Summary

Mid-Level PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance

  PHP-based applications

  using frameworks like

  Laravel or CodeIgniter

  (preferred) or core PHP.
• Build and manage

  RESTful APIs

  for integrations across internal tools, CRM, ERP, and customer interfaces.
• Optimize backend logic, data handling, and workflow automation.

Frontend Integration

• Work with UI/UX teams for seamless integration of frontend components.
• Build responsive interfaces using

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery

  , etc.

Database Management

• Design, manage, and optimize

  MySQL databases

  , including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Ensure data security, integrity, backups, and efficient performance.

System Integration & Automation

• Develop dashboards and toolsets for real estate operations, sales workflows, customer portals, and luxury product verticals.
• Integrate with third-party services such as

  payment gateways, SMS/email APIs, lead management tools

  , and internal business systems.

Testing, Deployment & Documentation

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews.
• Support application deployment on cPanel, Linux servers, or cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.).
• Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and system processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with departments like

  Projects, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, township operations

• Provide technical support or enhancements based on operational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science, IT, Engineering

  , or relevant field.

• 3-6 years

  of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong proficiency in

• Experience with
