Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  custom WordPress plugins

  and

  MU-plugins

  following WordPress coding standards.
• Implement and optimize

  WordPress admin-ajax workflows

  for dynamic data handling.
• Work with

  ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

  for flexible content management.
• Manage and optimize

  WordPress database structures

  (MySQL / MariaDB).
• Configure and maintain

  WordPress Multisite

  environments.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable

  OOP-based PHP

  code.
• Use

  Composer

  and

  PSR-4 autoloading

  (customized version) for efficient dependency and class management.
• Handle

  XML (SimpleXMLElement)

  and

  JSON

  data for translations and configuration files.
• Collaborate with designers and frontend developers (HTML, CSS, JS) to build cohesive user experiences.
  
• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply optimization techniques.
  
• Use

  Docker Compose

  for local development and environment management.
• Manage source control and branching workflows using

  Git

• Work with

  MongoDB

  MariaDB

  for data persistence and integration.
• Debug using tools like

  Chrome Inspector
