Photographer/Videographer Content Curator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer/Videographer & Content Curator to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and curate engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling ability, and experience creating content that resonates with modern audiences across social media, websites, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for branding, product promotion, events, campaigns, and social media.
• Curate visual content that aligns with brand tone, marketing objectives, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and social media teams to understand content requirements.
• Create visual assets including reels, behind-the-scenes (BTS), promotional videos, testimonials, and highlight clips.
• Set up lighting, backdrops, and other equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
• Organize, tag, and maintain a digital library of photo and video content.
• Stay updated on trends in visual storytelling, social media formats, and editing styles.
• Optimize visuals for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Photography, Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• Knowledge of Cap Cut App.
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video editing skills.
• Ability to manage shoots independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to composition, color, and detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in real estate, hospitality, retail, or fashion sectors.
• Familiarity with social media trends and content types (reels, transitions, stop motion, timelapse).
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects is a plus).
• Knowledge of SEO/image optimization for web.
