Photographer & Videographer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Cameraman who specializes in podcast video shoots. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, audio coordination, and multi-angle podcast recording. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that maintains our brand’s visual and audio standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cameras for podcast shoots, including multi-camera setups.
• Prepare the studio environment: lighting, backgrounds, microphones, and props.
• Ensure proper framing, angles, focus, and overall visual composition during shoots.
• Monitor audio and video quality in real time to avoid errors or interruptions.
• Collaborate with hosts, guests, and the production team to ensure smooth recording sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, lighting, or audio equipment.
• Manage equipment before and after shoots, including maintenance and safe storage.
• Work closely with the video editor to deliver clean, high-quality raw footage.
• Follow production timelines and ensure shoots start and finish on schedule.
• Stay updated with industry trends, camera technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cameraman, videographer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of podcast shoot requirements (studio setup, lighting, audio).
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, tripods, gimbals, and mics.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques (softboxes, LED panels, 3-point lighting).
• Understanding of basic audio equipment (shotgun mics, lavaliers, mixers).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple shoots.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with podcast or interview-style shoots.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or color grading.
• Ability to direct hosts/guests for better framing and delivery.
• Multi-camera workflow experience.

• Minimal retakes or technical issues
• Smooth coordination with editors and production team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
