Photographer & Videographer

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development & Planning: Collaborate with clients and creative teams to brainstorm video ideas and develop storyboards to outline the narrative and structure of the video.
• Filming: Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras, lenses, and other specialized equipment while ensuring proper lighting and clear audio.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage, incorporate transitions, color correction, sound balancing, and add graphics, captions, or special effects to create a polished final product.
• Equipment Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot filming and editing equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working order for shoots.
• Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with teams and clients to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, directors, producers, and other team members to understand their vision and incorporate feedback.
• Quality Control: Ensure the final video product meets the project's objectives and maintains brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience with various camera models.
• Creative Vision: Strong storytelling skills to develop compelling narratives and a keen eye for visual detail.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, sound recording, and motion graphics.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain an organized system for digital assets.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to handle equipment and work long days on location or in a college
