Photographer & Videographer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for events, products, corporate profiles, and social media content.
• Capture high-quality photos, videos, and drone footage (if applicable) ensuring professional composition, lighting, and sound quality.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative visual concepts.
• Manage and organize digital assets — maintaining proper backup, labeling, and archiving.
• Create short promotional videos, reels, and social media clips to boost brand visibility.
• Cover corporate events, employee activities, and client meetings for internal and external communication.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technology to bring fresh creative ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film Production, Media, or Visual Communication (preferred).
• Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or multimedia creator (2–5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software (Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of drone operation and aerial photography.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with social media content creation trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
