Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer to develop, capture, and produce high-quality visual content. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning shoots, managing equipment, executing creative concepts, and delivering polished photo assets aligned with brand objectives and client requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical excellence, strong creative judgment, and a disciplined approach to timelines and quality.

Key Points:

• Plan, execute, and deliver professional photo and video shoots across various formats and platforms

• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment

• Edit and retouch photos and videos to industry standards and brand guidelines

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate briefs into effective visual content

• Maintain organized media libraries and ensure timely delivery of final assets

• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to improve visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a photographer and videographer (portfolio required)

• Advanced proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and studio setups. Having the gear is not a criteria.

• Strong command of editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)

• Solid understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual narrative.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a structured environment.

• Preferred: experience in product, lifestyle, corporate, or commercial content production.
