ABOUT THE COMPANY Captain Banjaara is an artist-led clothing label and collective that celebrates freedom, storytelling, and self-expression. Every piece we create is handmade, rooted in India, and inspired by travel, art, and culture from across the world. ROLE DESCRIPTION We are looking for a new crew member to join our wild little creative team. Someone who loves making content and has an eye for finding stories in fashion and travel. What you’ll be doing: Creating and managing social media content — reels, carousels, graphic posts! Planning and assiting new shoots Supporting in content strategy and brainstorming new campaign ideas Organising and managing on-ground events. Editing video and static content Using basic design and editing tools like Canva, InShot , Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or any software you vibe with 💻 When applying, tell us which tools or apps you usually use to create content — we love knowing your creative process. It’s a hybrid role — being in Delhi is a plus, but your creativity matters more than your pin code.
