Job Title: Photographer & Videographer

Location: Noida

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our FCLO team in

Noida. The ideal candidate will take direction from the creative team and independently execute

photo and video projects from concept to completion. Prior experience in the kids’ fashion or

lifestyle industry is highly preferred. This role requires creativity, reliability, and strong

ownership of every stage of production, from shoot planning to post-editing.

Key Responsibilities:

● Execute photography and videography projects according to creative briefs and brand

direction.

● Manage all aspects of shoots independently, including setup, lighting, direction, and

post-production.

● Capture engaging, high-quality imagery and video content for campaigns, lookbooks,

and digital platforms.

● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

● Maintain and organize photography/videography equipment and digital asset libraries.

● Edit and retouch content to deliver final outputs that meet brand standards.

● Stay updated on visual and social media trends, particularly within the kids’ fashion and

lifestyle segments.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably in the kids’

fashion/lifestyle industry.

● Ability to take direction and execute projects independently with creativity and precision.

● Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing tools (Adobe

Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).

● Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

● A professional portfolio showcasing relevant photo and video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working with children during shoots.

● Understanding of digital and social media visual trends.

● Basic motion graphics or design experience is an advantage.
