Photographer – Roles & Responsibilities1. Pre-Production

• Understand client requirements and creative briefs.
• Plan concepts, themes, and shot lists.
• Scout locations and check lighting conditions.
• Prepare and maintain photography equipment.

2. Shooting

• Capture high-quality images for events, products, portraits, or ads.
• Adjust lighting, background, and composition for the best results.
• Direct models, clients, or subjects to achieve desired poses.
• Ensure color accuracy and sharpness in every shot.

3. Post-Production

• Select and edit photos using tools like Lightroom/Photoshop.
• Retouch images (color correction, blemish removal, enhancements).
• Deliver final photos in required formats and sizes.
• Maintain photo archives and project backups.

4. Professional Conduct

• Manage time effectively during shoots.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teams.
• Stay updated with photography trends and technology.

Discuss video concepts, storyline, and goals with clients.

• Develop scripts, shot lists, mood boards, and storyboards.
• Arrange locations, lighting setups, and equipment.
• Coordinate with talent, crew, and production team.

2. Production

• Capture smooth, high-quality video footage.
• Operate cameras, stabilizers, audio gear, and lighting.
• Record clear audio (dialogue, ambience, interviews).
• Direct subjects or actors during shoots.
• Ensure the visual style matches the creative vision.

3. Post-Production

• Edit videos using software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci.
• Add transitions, color grading, music, subtitles, and effects.
• Sync audio and video perfectly.
• Export videos in multiple resolutions for social media, web, or ads.

4. Professional Conduct

• Manage deadlines and project schedules.
• Communicate progress with clients.
• Maintain organized file structures and backups.
• Stay updated with filming and editing techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
