Job Description

Operate video cameras and related equipment to capture professional footage. Frame and compose shots creatively to suit the story or message. Set up and adjust lighting and sound equipment as necessary. Ensure footage is technically sound and visually compelling. Manage and maintain camera gear, lenses, and accessories. Work on location or in studio environments under various conditions. Follow scripts, shot lists, or storyboards. Handle live filming, interviews, and event coverage if required. Maintain awareness of health and safety on set. Proven experience as a cameraman or in a similar video production role. Proficiency with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, RED, Blackmagic). Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and shot composition. Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills. Physical fitness for handling equipment and working long hours on set. Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus. A degree or diploma in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred (but not mandatory).
