Photographer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to capture high-quality images for [events, campaigns, products, social media, or documentation]. The Photographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering professional photos that align with the organization’s creative and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo shoots for events, campaigns, products, portraits, and field activities.
• Capture high-resolution images with a focus on storytelling, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing tools.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, drones, etc.).
• Ensure proper cataloging and archiving of all photographic material.
• Deliver photos optimized for multiple platforms (web, print, social media, reports).
• Stay updated with photography trends, styles, and best practices.
• Work under deadlines and ensure quick turnaround for urgent projects.
• Travel to different locations for fieldwork, events, and campaigns as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting techniques, and composition.
• Strong sense of creativity, detail orientation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
