Photographer & Cinematographer

The role involves planning, shooting, and delivering high-quality cinematic and photographic content for multiple brand projects. The candidate must be proficient in both creative execution and technical handling of shoots, and is expected to work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative and account teams. Ownership of essential production equipment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end cinematic video shoots and photoshoots for various brands across lifestyle, corporate, product, and campaign requirements.
• Develop visual concepts, shot plans, and mood boards based on brand briefs and creative directions.
• Operate professional camera equipment, lenses, lights, audio gear, stabilizers, and related production tools.
• Ensure accurate framing, lighting setup, composition, and color consistency across all deliverables.
• Conduct on-site recce, manage shoot setups, and coordinate with talent, stylists, or production support when required.
• Capture high-quality product, portrait, event, BTS, and commercial content as per project needs.
• Manage data transfer, file organization, and handover of RAW footage and images to the editing team.
• Maintain all personally owned equipment in optimal working condition and carry required gear for all assigned shoots.
• Work closely with directors, creative leads, and brand managers to align visual output with campaign objectives.
• Adhere to timelines, maintain shoot discipline, and ensure smooth on-ground execution during indoor and outdoor assignments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cinematography and photography within an agency or production environment.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera operation, color theory, and industry-standard visual styles.
• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, stabilizers, and basic audio capture equipment.
• Ability to travel for shoots and adapt to fast-paced, multi-brand workflows.
• Ownership of professional camera gear, lighting equipment, and related shooting assets is mandatory.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of cinematic and photographic work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
