We’re looking for a skilled and creative Photographer to join our Election Campaign team in Bihar. From capturing rallies, roadshows, and speeches to behind-the-scenes moments, your photos will define the visual story of our campaign.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos during campaign events, rallies, and public gatherings
• Take candid, portrait, and crowd shots that reflect the campaign’s energy and message
• Coordinate with content, social media, and design teams for daily uploads
• Edit and enhance images for social media, posters, and press releases
• Maintain an organized archive of all campaign photographs
• Travel with the campaign team across locations as needed

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in DSLR / Mirrorless camera handling
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and framing
• Basic editing skills in Lightroom, Photoshop, or Snapseed
• Creative eye for storytelling through images
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and during long campaign days
• Understanding of political campaign dynamics and public settings is a plus
• Teamwork and leadership ability
• Politically aware and enthusiastic about public work

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Photography, Media, or Visual Arts (preferred)
• Prior experience in event or political photography is an advantage
• Must own or have access to professional photography equipment

Experience in political campaigns, marketing, or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
