Job Title: Image Editor Department: Creative / Media / Marketing Location: [Mahim West, Mumbai] Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range - [20,000 to 25,000] Experience Required: 3–4 years (adjustable based on your needs) Weekly Off - Wednesday   Job Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Image Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing, retouching, and enhancing images for digital and print use, ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.   Key Responsibilities: Edit, retouch, and enhance images using Photoshop or equivalent tools Remove backgrounds, correct colours, and adjust lighting/shadows Resize and crop images for multiple platforms (web, social media, print) Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to meet visual goals Maintain consistency in image style, tone, and quality across projects Manage image libraries and maintain organized file systems Ensure timely delivery of image assets under tight deadlines   Required Skills & Qualifications:   Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools Strong eye for detail, composition, colour, and lighting Experience with image retouching, background removal, and masking Basic understanding of file formats, DPI, and image optimization Ability to handle batch processing and bulk image edits Time management and ability to work independently or in a team   Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field Knowledge of video editing (basic level is a plus) Experience working in e-commerce, advertising, or content production   Interview Process (3 Rounds):   Round 1: Practical Test (60–90 minutes) Hands-on editing task using sample images (e.g., retouch, background change, color correction) May include tasks such as creating a composite or optimizing for social media Submitted work is assessed based on accuracy, creativity, and speed Interview Address - Epic Infocus, Office No.2 ,Jagruti Industrial Premises ,Mogul Ln, Mahim West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400016.
