DEAR CANDIDATE

IMMEDIATE JOIN @ INSURANCE-TELESALES DIVISION

FIXED CTC- upto 3.25LPA + other benefits.

 

  • Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
  • Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
  • Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
  • Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
  • Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive.
  • Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.

LOCATION

Kolkata- Bengali and Hindi speaking.

Pune- Hindi speaking.

Chennai- Telegu and Kanada speaking.
