Job Description

PhonePe Customer Service  (Navi Mumbai Ghansoli) Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to PhonePe services. Assist customers with UPI transactions, wallet balance, refunds, payment failures, and account-related queries. Provide quick and accurate resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalate technical issues or unresolved queries to higher teams when required. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow standard procedures. Meet targets related to response time, quality, and productivity. Ensure compliance with PhonePe policies, data security, and confidentiality. Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Skills Required: Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of UPI, digital wallets, and online payment systems. Customer handling skills with problem-solving ability. Typing speed and computer proficiency.
