Here’s a short job description for the PhonePe customer service process at Hexaware, Ghansoli: --- 📌 PhonePe Customer Service Ghansoli) Role: Customer Support Executive  ✅Process: PhonePe (UPI payments & digital wallet support) ⏩Responsibilities: ➡️Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails for PhonePe users. ➡️Assist with payment failures, refunds, wallet issues, KYC, and app-related queries. ➡️Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints politely. ➡️Escalate unresolved cases to higher support teams. ⏩Requirements: ➡️12th pass / Graduate (freshers & experienced both can apply). ➡️Good English & Hindi communication skills. ➡️Basic computer knowledge & typing speed. ⏰Shifts: Rotational (Day Rotational)  *For boys:- 7am to 12pm between (any 9hr shift)*   *For girls :- 7am to 9pm between (any 9hr shift)*  📍Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. ➡️Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (with incentives based on performance). ⏩Perks & Benefits: ➡️PF, ESIC, Health Insurance. ➡️Incentives & performance bonuses. ➡️Paid leaves & career growth opportunities.
