Role & responsibilities 1. E-commerce & Shopify Management Manage, update, and optimize the Shopify store, ensuring smooth customer experience. Upload and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing. Implement SEO best practices for product pages to improve search visibility. Monitor and manage inventory, orders, returns, and customer service escalations. Analyze Shopify analytics to track sales performance and identify improvement areas. Coordinate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely product launches. 2. Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and ads. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage community engagementresponding to comments, DMs, and queries. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns. 3. Digital Marketing & Growth Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Track KPIs such as ROAS, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversions. Run email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and retargeting ads. Optimize landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
