Pharmacy Store Manager

Job Description

 Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.  Manage inventory, including stock ordering, monitoring expiry dates, and minimizing wastage.  Lead and motivate a team of staff, including pharmacists and support personnel.  Implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.  Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.  Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and store performance for senior management.
